Queen

888 888 Pty Ltd bought a California Bungalow that required full renovation. As you can see from the photos the stumps were replaced, the home rewired and plumbed. Once all the renovation works were completed we installed a new kitchen and bathroom. We also opened up the rear of the house with French doors leading out to large deck.

Seaview

The very first project was Seaview. It was a 1930’s bungalow that again required full renovation. This project was done whilst living in the home at the same time. A full redecoration was done whilst updating the kitchen and bathroom

Raglan

A unique opportunity presented with Raglan. It was a vacant 2000 sqm allotment that had frontage to two streets. The property was quickly subdivided into 3 allotments

Shervil

A large vacant allotment was purchased. A town planning permit was arranged for five units. Once the permit was obtained The five units were built and subsequently sold
